In no event may you use, distribute, copy, reproduce, modify, distort, or transmit the Site or any of its elements, such as text, images or sounds without the prior written permission of StartVirtual. Trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on the Site are the property of Blue Acorn Marketing, LLC or are displayed by StartVirtual with authorization from third parties.
2. Images displayed on site
The images, photographs, and videos of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, StartVirtual. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other communications regulations.
3. Services
StartVirtual matches U.S. service businesses with vetted virtual assistants and bookkeepers. Pricing, placement timelines, and the forever free replacement guarantee are described on our website and confirmed in a client agreement. Website content does not create a staffing engagement until a separate agreement is signed.
4. SMS program terms
By providing your mobile number on this website and checking the applicable consent box, you request to receive text messages from BLUE ACORN MARKETING, LLC DBA StartVirtual at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Checkboxes are not pre-selected.
- Marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, and service updates, if you check the marketing consent box.
- Non-marketing messages: Inquiry follow-up, appointment reminders, placement updates, and service support, if you check the non-marketing consent box.
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
