StartVirtual connects growing U.S. businesses with vetted virtual assistants and bookkeepers. We were founded in 2020 on a simple idea: better careers build better businesses. Six years later we have placed more than 2,300 virtual assistants into companies across home services, real estate, med spas, e-commerce, insurance, accounting, and software. We match owners with a vetted assistant who takes the calls, admin, and follow-up that have been running through the owner. Average placement is 7 days. Plans start at $799 a month.
A bookkeeper closes the books every month, reconciles the accounts, and sends reports built around the business. You can text them. Plans start at $247 a month, with a 5–15 day close.
We vet thousands of candidates through a 13-step screening process and introduce only the top 1%. Every assistant is trained on the tools service businesses already use before they meet a client. After placement, a dedicated account manager stays on the account. If the match is wrong, we replace them at no cost for as long as you are a client — no expiration and no case review.
