Blue Acorn Marketing, LLC d/b/a StartVirtual is a Phoenix, Arizona staffing company, founded in 2020. We place vetted virtual assistants and bookkeepers inside U.S. service businesses. The public company site is startvirtual.com.

We were founded on a simple idea: better careers build better businesses. We have placed more than 2,300 virtual assistants into companies across home services, real estate, med spas, e-commerce, insurance, accounting, and software.

What we do

Virtual assistants take the calls, admin, and follow-up that have been running through the owner. Bookkeepers close the books every month, reconcile the accounts, and send reports built around the business. Average VA placement is 7 days. Plans start at $799 a month for a virtual assistant and $247 a month for bookkeeping.

We vet candidates through a 13-step screening process and introduce only the top 1%. After placement, a dedicated account manager stays on the account. If the match is wrong, we replace them at no cost for as long as you are a client.
